Boy George (born George Alan O’Dowd) who recently turned 48 years old must’ve felt the prime of his time because he just announced that he is going on a tour as a solo artist this summer across North America. And of course, he will be performing his Culture Club hits back in his hey-day.
Boy George has enjoyed ubiquitous attention from the media because of his legal woes. One of which ended him picking garbage for the City of New York’s Department 
of Sanitation as part of his community service, but was later changed to indoor community service due to media frenzy.
Aside from his tour, he is set to perform a free concert for the New York City’s Department of Sanitation Family Day on August 27th, 2008 because he felt indebted to the kindness the workers had shown him during that tough time.
Here’s the first look at Madonna’s free Thank-You Show last night here in the Big Apple at Roseland Ballroom. I love when she plays the guitar (sooooo Chrissie Hynde!). I wonder if she sang live (that one’s for you, Elton). She sure looks like she’s having a good time — and isn’t that what it’s all about?
David Beckham’s incredibly hot with his clothes on or off, (Ok, maybe a little hotter without!:) so I can’t wait to see his campaign for Emporio Armani underwear. But for now, there are the latest shirtless pics of this superstud. (more…)
